Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

The COZY

The Cosy is a charming detached house of 60 m2 air-conditioned + 35m2 of quiet covered terrace + barbecue + deckchairs with a large enclosed garden of 2500 m2 + large swimming pool. (cot available ). The shops are 3 km away. We have 3 adorable bitches (1 Golden Retriever & 2 King Charles Rider). Bordeaux 20kms, St Emilion 30mn, Citadelle de Blaye 30mn.

Quiet independent studio

Independent 20 m2 studio adjoining our main residence in a quiet subdivision. Access to the studio can be done independently via a private entrance with access code. The accommodation is located 5 minutes' drive from St André de Cubzac train station, 20 minutes' TER from Bordeaux St Jean train station. Very easily accessible from A10 and N10.
