Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. The Cosy is a charming detached house of 60 m2 air-conditioned + 35m2 of quiet covered terrace + barbecue + deckchairs with a large enclosed garden of 2500 m2 + large swimming pool. (cot available ). The shops are 3 km away. We have 3 adorable bitches (1 Golden Retriever & 2 King Charles Rider). Bordeaux 20kms, St Emilion 30mn, Citadelle de Blaye 30mn.
