It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A room in the apartment shared with the host. It has double-glazed windows, an apartment recently renovated in August 2024, very cozy and quiet with a lock on the bedroom door. Well connected to the center: metro line 6- Conde de Casal, line 8- Estrella, line 1- Puente de Vaillecas, buses: lines-8,14,20,30,32,113…; supermarkets: LIDL, ECO FAMILIA, AHORA MÁS…

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
