100% recommended, very nice place to spend time as a family

Our stay was excellent, the view was amazing, and the service girls were very friendly and attentive, plus they cooked us delicious during our stay. The only detail is that the access to the property is a bit long from the entrance gate to the house , which made getting outside more complicated than expected. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and if we would come back!

I enjoyed my stay at this lodging. The interior looks like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessities. The bed is comfortable. Innell is an artist, so her beautiful works hang on the walls as well as a few murals. The location is quiet and private. There isn't shopping or nightlife nearby, so you need a car and have to do all that in town. But La Ceiba is only 10-15 minutes away. There are a cluster of coastal restaurants right on the beach about 5 minutes away. Everyone in El Porvenir is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback: there are neighbors may have a social gathering on the weekend. But they cut the music about 11pm, which is early for this part of the world. :) If you seek privacy, quiet, simplicity and comfort, at a fair price, while close enough to everything for convenience, this is a good choice.

We actually rented both the one-bedroom casita along with the 2-bedroom home. Both were clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Both units were also very private. Jennifer and Darwin are a great couple and very helpful. Also, since Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish, that was a big help. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend
