This was a beautiful condo inside and out. It was clean and the beds were comfortable! Great location to walk or a short drive to the Malecon with so many restaurants. Tom was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, fun adventures and everything we needed.

This place was incredible! Amazing location walking distance to everything you need, beautiful view of the water, rooftop pool & hot tub make it so that you don’t even need to leave the building if you don’t want to! Quick & easy access to walk the malecon which is where you find most restaurants & markets. Wish we stayed longer because it was so nice but we will most certainly be back again! Also check in was so easy, host was so easy to communicate with, met us upon arrival & showed us everything we needed to know about the building. Check in was seamless! Can’t say enough great things about this stay!

We had a fantastic stay at laiva phuno. We loved the beautiful view of the harbor, and the neighborhood felt very safe with lots of locals and tourists walking around. The space was beautiful. We didn't cook much while we were there but we noticed that the kitchen had great amenities. There was a good variety of cooking tools. We also enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. The rooftop pool was a highlight. The children loved it! Our host Karen was fantastic and very friendly. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first day (completely our fault) and she was very helpful and responsive in fixing the situation even though it was a Sunday. One thing we especially enjoyed about the space is that it has two living rooms on separate floors. This gave us a kid hangout area and adult hangout area so my husband and I got to feel like we had a vacation alone sometimes. Thank you, Karen!

Amazing place, great response and amazing beach club.

Awesome stay! We were provided with a 4 seater golf cart to cruise around the private grounds of Puerta Cortes which made it really easy to commute. You will have access to both beach clubs Blue Cortes and Puerta which are beautiful. Downtown Malecon is about a 5 min drive. It was a little confusing to get to the Airbnb for the first time but co host Edgar had great communication with guiding us directly to our stay. They also provided a brand new Pack and Go since we have two under two and my oldest will not sleep without it when traveling. If I would’ve known I would have left ours at home. Thanks for the hospitality! Highly recommended!

We will return to this Airbnb when we are in La Paz again. We looked at other places but they did not match this pristine, bright and airy apartment with simply a great view. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We were there for two months and they arranged for cleaning and a masseuse and gave us a bunch of local suggestions for food and restaurants. We will happily return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants and malecón, had everything you need for the Estancia, and even details such as snacks and a bottle of wine. The terrace has incredible views and is very comfortable to make a roast meat or just sit to chat. The bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable beds.

Quiet area to rest but close to the pier if you go by car. The recommendations they gave us were valuable and the best thing was the scenery and sunsets from the balcony. We'll definitely be back 😃

I had an excellent experience during my stay. Communication with Luis was clear and quick at all times, which facilitated both check-in and any questions I had during my stay. The place was as described, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The attention was always friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Everything was fabulous we were close to the boardwalk and going for a walk was easy! The small but very cozy place, the pool had hot water and was delicious for the season I was perfect <3

The house is 1000% worth it, very nice spacious, it has very good lighting, a spacious suuuuuper patio, games for small children and a table to be back for a while, close to La Paz 10 min down a road that takes you directly, there is no loss. And it has a shop nearby. Everything is very pleasant

Flavia's place was perfect for our party of 5. The large kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and privacy of bedrooms made it wonderful for our group. The roof top deck was a favorite place to see sunrises, sunsets and find solitude. We enjoyed the pool and security of the complex along with the great location close to town and local beaches. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful, flexible with our arrival time, and friendly. It's a perfect place to spend a short or longer amount of time in La Paz. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

The stay was perfect for all the people we were in, it's very nice, Mariel and Armando at all times were very friendly, they were very clear with their instructions and that facilitated the entrance and departure of the place. We loved the location and it has very good ocean view:) A very peaceful place.

The house was clean and in an area where there was easy access for uber.
