The house consists of a living room of 40m2, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms +1 , 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fenced, wooded garden with outdoor dining area and lounge and private parking spaces. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.
