Cabin vacation rentals in La Vega

Amazing administrative staff alert!! 🚨 Our car got stuck twice and the staff were so friendly and helpful for us, ferrying us home and helping us find assistance. We could not have been better cared for. The dinner prepared by Baumhaus (be sure to order in advance!) was extraordinary- I especially recommend the ajiaco. The kitchen is well-appointed with a full-size fridge, the jacuzzi was a great conversation spot for us, and the bed was comfortable. You are kind of in the boonies so the shower pressure may not be what you’re used to. There were friendly animals about and sounds of chickens, birds and insects. The view was lovely. Thank you for everything.

It was a completely unique stay,from the arrival to the end everything went in the best way. The facilities are unique and in perfect condition,have everything you need to make the trip worthwhile. The whole human team is wonderful and they are very attentive. Highly recommended

A very pleasant stay, an amazing view and close to the village. It has everything you need, the jacuzzi works very well. Guillermo was very attentive and he was aware that our visit was very pleasant. They could improve the internet, although I would think it is not usual. Thank you so much for the amazing time!

In addition, the poultry dogs are beautiful and wonderful companions for hiking and enjoying the San Francisco Valley. We hope to come back and highly recommended. A great place to rest, the decor and the effort to feel comfortable is unparalleled. they were very pending that nothing will be missing and I would definitely come back.

Located in the heart of Sopó's forest reserve. The cabin is a true refuge, surrounded by pine trees and with a breathtaking view of the reserve. The cabin is equipped and decorated, with a jacuzzi that is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration. The location is ideal as it is close to the village and offers easy access to the main attractions in the area. Miguel, Deisy and his team were very attentive and gave us precise instructions on what to do and see in Sopó. Your hospitality and kindness made us feel at home. If there is anything I suggest to improve the experience, it is the inclusion of a microwave or coffee maker in the cabin, especially for cold days. However, this did not subtract anything from our stay, and we are eager to return. Great for couples and families looking for a relaxing getaway in nature

It's a wonderful place to rest and disconnect completely. What we loved the most was being able to leave our pets free in the pen while we relaxed. Also, Andres' pets are very noble and playful. We would definitely come back again gladly again again.

The house is incredible, Juliana and her family are super loved, the peace in the house, the tranquility that you breathe allows a pleasant rest, we will definitely return.

It is a magical place with excellent landscapes, it has beautiful dogs and they are all very affectionate: Dona Martha and Don Jhon are excellent hosts, always willing to help. It is a special place for total rest and for those of us who truly love nature. They have stables and you can ride horses for an additional fee. The environment is very quiet and has super nice trails for walking and a wonderful river to take a bath in peace, and it is close to the village, about a 10-minute drive. We will definitely be back

Great stay and a very relaxing place. They have everything you need to cook (plates, glasses, pots/pans and an outdoor gas BBQ. There was plenty of firewood available for the small stove which heats the house well at night. The house is high up on the mountain and has a great view of lake. The host lives in the house next door and it is best to have her meet you if possible on arrival. Directions to the house can be complicated so get in touch with the host and she will explain everything. We enjoyed the place very much!!!!

Maria's accommodation is an ideal place to disconnect from the city, in a quiet, safe space with everything you need to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Maria is an excellent host and is very willing to do anything.

Getting to the site is a bit complex, however Mrs. Ludy's instructions were always very adequate and timely. If you're looking for a complete disconnect and being in the middle of nature, this is the perfect place! Excellent service from the hosts. The cabin is as you can see in the photos.

I think it is the best option to rest to disconnect and have contact with nature... zero noise of the Via Villeta Sasaima... sounds of nature, beautiful view, permanent sound of the river freshwater. The best place to rest and relax... we ask for a relaxing massage at home. Highly recommended!!!

Loved this stay. We had a very nice weekend with my family. We were able to enjoy the cabin and the spectacular scenery. The house is equipped with everything, we were able to make a roast and a fire in the evening. The super complete and delicious breakfast. And let alone the attention of Carlos and the people who worked there. Thank you so much… we'll be back!!!

The site is perfect to disconnect for a couple of days and just a few minutes from the noise of the city. Easy to get to, safe environment to go for a walk (we did it towards the San Rafael reservoir). For those of us who like nature, quiet experiences, but different, this place is an excellent choice. Octavio is very attentive to the directions and responded quickly to a problem we had with the gas cooker. Thanks to Paola for being attentive to us and resolving the inconvenience. Highly recommended.

A cozy space, clean, comfortable and with the river so close that it cooes to sleep. We will definitely be back.
