Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lac d'Hourtin-Carcans

We had a great time at Dominique's home. It is a very bright and pleasant house, with a large garden where it's nice to be and lunch or dinner. The location of the rental is quiet, despite the small street that passes in front of the house. The bakery just next door is a plus. I recommend this rental, although it is better to come by car, the city center and the door are a 15-20 minute walk away. In terms of communication with Dominique, no complaints. He is very responsive, kind and offers good advice. We will come back to her house. That's for sure.

We are a family of five traveling by car and the family are all very satisfied with the house.The location was excellent and all the amenities the home had was very comprehensive and functional. A wonderful place. Perfect for a family. Close to Lacanau Ocean but in the more relaxed and beautiful lac de Lacanau just a short walk away, or with free parking if you want to drive to the lake (2 mins by car) 4 Local restaurants are all very nice by the lake

Very nice address. The accommodation is impeccable,clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Close to shops, 5min drive from the beach. Great location. Virginia is a pleasant and available host. The big plus of this rental are the bikes available. I would recommend this rental.

Vincent and Fanny’s place was great. Met our expectations perfectly. Good parking and easy to explore the area by car or train. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Our stay was a total success thanks to this perfect place. Ideally located, 5 minutes from the port and beaches, we found a place perfectly suitable for everyone: young and old. Everything is done to make us feel good, there are lots of things in the kitchen, the amenities are super quality, the bedding is perfect. This little house is a real cocoon and Mona and her husband are welcoming, super available and super warm. THANK YOU for the wonderful weekend we had thanks to you!

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

We had a lovely stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped. Set in a quiet and unoverlooked village. The pool and terrace was very nice. You have to take the car for amenities and activities but that didn't bother us (we can't have a house with a nice quiet exterior in the city center😉😉). However, there are forest paths that can be reached on foot 👣 or by bike 🚲 right next door. Finally, Andrea was throughout the exchanges, a very responsive and friendly host 🌸 We can only recommend to other guests ☺️☺️

Although I didn't use the pool, I still had a great experience and would recommend this Airbnb to others looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for your warm welcome. The cottage is great, very cute and very functional, a pleasant garden with plancha, easy and quick access to the pool. We had a great vacation with the family!

Well-equipped accommodation for 2 people with enclosed courtyard very useful for the safety of our dog . Garden furniture allowing to eat appreciable outside because the kitchen is quite small On the other hand very good bedding with a 160 cm bed Very good welcome and full availability of the parents of the owner who live next door . Ability to drive in. Ideally located for visiting the nearby Arcachon basin.

We had a very pleasant stay, the property perfectly matched the description, the location is ideal, located halfway to Arcachon and Ferret. The documentation present in the accommodation is a great help not to miss the must-sees of the pool. A big thank you to Evelyne for hosting me, I would not hesitate to recommend her place!!!!

Pleasant stay at Nicole's,a haven of peace ,we were able to enjoy our daughter and little girl for Christmas with our Bernese cowherd. All the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay without forgetting the horses ,the little pony ,the chickens . for a longer stay is missing WiFi.

We had a nice stay in Biganos. The games available for children were perfect for occupying them in the evening. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the pretty terrace as the mosquitoes were so relentless…fortunately mosquito nets are installed at the windows. We discovered a very nice little pine wooded beach 25 minutes away (Caton beach) in Sanguinet. Place is in a good location and easy to get to. It's very quiet. It's a lovely piece of paradise.
