Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has a sea view. There are terraces and balconies, so you can get some sun in the morning and evening. The villa has outdoor shelters, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with constant temperature of minimum 35 degrees. The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa blah. 3 bedrooms, two toilets with blah. Bathtub. The villa is also close to the city centre and harbour. A car can be rented.

Lovely bright summerhouse in beautiful natural area

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The cottage is located on a lovely secluded plot in beautiful natural surroundings. The house is newly renovated and is welcoming, bright and spacious. There is a wood-burning stove in the house. The grounds are surrounded by close planting, but not the fence for if you brought your dog. Close to forest and about 1000 to beach. The beach at Hou/Hals is extremely child-friendly, you are allowed to bring your dog on a leash. Distance to supermarket is 3 km. 30 min to Aalborg and 40 to Frederikshavn

Cozy newly renovated house in scenic surroundings

Cozy house in quiet surroundings overlooking fields with a richly expensive on a hilly terrain (Ådal) A large south-facing wooden terrace with umbrella, barbecue and ample opportunity for relaxation. The house is on 2 levels, where the ground floor contains a large open kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom, play/children's room, entrance hall, as well as utility room with washing facilities. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a balcony on the 1st floor where the coffee can be enjoyed with a view of nature.

Hold en skøn ferie med familien i en dejlig bolig med et vidunderligt havemiljø. This spacious luxury holiday home is located in North Jutland south of Skagen at Frederikshavn. The accommodation is a short walk to Rønnerhavnen, Palm Beach and the Golf Course. There is a wonderful sea view from the rooftop terrace. From the cottage there is a direct trail connection to the beach with a short distance to Frederikshavn city center with restaurants, rides and shopping opportunities. Drive to Skagen city center is 30 minutes.
