We had an amazing stay at Leeann's Villa. It was perfect for me and my friends celebrating my birthday in Greece. The Villa was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Leeann's place and would love to come back with our family.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

A week-long stay, typically a holiday in the second half of October 2024, daily sunshine, light winds by the sea, bathing and walking along the seaside promenade. Functional kitchen; close to beach and downtown. Well-stocked shops nearby. We recommend the fish restaurant H Trata next to the harbor and a fish and seafood shop in the center where you can buy fresh or fried products. We recommend walking to Saint Efraim Monastry and taking the 310 bus to Marathon Run Muzeum. Close to Athens; it takes about 1 hour to get to the M3 Halandri metro station by taxi and further by metro to Syntagma square. We recommend a family stay in Nea Makri.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nassos house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location was idealpeaceful yet close to the beach 3 min by car, allowing me to enjoy the best of the surrounding area with ease. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that every detail of my stay was seamless and that I felt completely at home. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. The house is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious yet cozy getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. ⚡️

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

We were at the property over Christmas. Zoe put a lot of effort into it and decorated the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to all inquiries and helped. It is a great apartment with enough space, a short walk to the sea and the small town with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes away and it is about 40 minutes to a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens. I could also imagine it being good for the summer.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

Villa Fanis Summer House is wonderful. It is fully organized, very clean and has a lovely garden with a pool and BBQ where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. The hosts, George and Elias, are excellent, very kind, very friendly, and respond immediately to every request. The villa hosted my family as I got married in the area and we couldn't have made a better choice. Ilias and George thank you so much for your hospitality and we will see you again in the future!

A uniquely amazing place, of great aesthetics and functionality. No matter what I say, it will be poor for both villa zen and host Maria-Antonia. We didn't miss anything, there wasn't a spot that wasn't great. Nothing is accidental. A wonderful person, Maria-Antonia, full of light, very helpful, amazing communication. Anastasia was a wonderful host. The home was in a great spot an easy walk to a small pebble beach area where we snorkeled and enjoyed sunsets. The house was well stocked in the kitchen. We had a great time and would stay there again. The kids (and us old timers) loved the ping pong table.
