Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lagos

Wonderful place, like feeling at home, the apartments are equipped with everything, even the first basic things for cooking, upon our arrival they made us find cookies, water and cheese and they made us taste the bread they made themselves, they have a vegetable garden where we could pick fresh tomatoes and figs directly from the tree, also available umbrella and small deck chairs for the beach. Carla's tips for visiting beaches and the restaurants she recommended were excellent.

Brilliant set up for a couple of families. 5 minute walk from beach and restaurants. Hosts very helpful and responded promptly. We had a wonderful stay.

The villa is truly exceptional—no words can fully capture how impressive it is. Traveling with three kids, we found it incredibly convenient thanks to the abundance of space, multiple bathrooms, private pool, and private parking. The villa is impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, all of the highest quality. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The property’s location is ideal, being close to beaches, minimarkets, and the center of Lagos. The host was highly responsive and provided us with a detailed guide before our stay, including comprehensive instructions and a thorough description of the house. Thank you so much!

We loved the location of the Trendy House right in Old Town — easy stroll down cobbled roads, street after scenic street, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely have your espresso and breakfast at Coffee and Waves around the corner, friendliest staff! The Trendy House is small but good use of space. Wood counter for bathroom vanity is starting to absorb water and lose its finish, but otherwise the place was in good condition. The beds were utilitarian, not luxurious but were comfortable and firm. Excellent shower and cute balcony; we used the washer and hung clothes to dry. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and the location can’t be beat in Lagos!!

Tina is a great host and the apartment was just perfect. Close to the old town and in an authentic neighborhood, which we explored with as much joy as the fantastically beautiful old town of Lagos. Gerry was a fantastic host - incredibly proactive, helpful, and friendly! His home was in the perfect location to explore Lagos - close to good restaurants, center of town, near the beach. Everything was clean and spacious. Recommend staying here for anyone visiting Lagos with a group!

We enjoyed our stay in Lagos together with our son and daughter and their partners (young people in the age range 19 to 24 years). A perfect location in the old center of Lagos. Thanks to the three keys, everyone could go out and make it as late as they wanted. Great restaurants and nightlife within a 5 minute walk. We were mainly found at the Garden bar, Bon Vivant/ Rooftop cocktails and Karaokebar de Shaker. We made great use of our roof terrace and we felt free to move a lounge bed and some furniture from the inside out during our stay. We cooked a lot of fresh soup after Joseph (at our request) purchased a blender. There is also a huge fridge/ freezer combination in the kitchen. The catamaran - kayak tour of Discovery Tour (departure from the port) is a great excursion. You go with the kayaks in various caves and afterwards you can still swim and dive off the Catamaran. the ultimate stay, spacious and very beautiful house. The outdoor pool couldn't use because it was cold!!! the Turkish bath indoor swimming pool are fantastic. with access to the gym and garage spot. all 5 star townships. site to repeat in the future

Inês & Jorge’s place was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated the extras like salt, pepper, olive oil. The bathroom had a very nice shower with good water pressure. The blow dryer worked well and the magnifying mirror was a plus. There is a small grocery store at the entrance of the complex or a large Pingo Doce a few minutes walk down the hill. I really enjoyed my stay here & would recommend this place to others visiting Lagos.

Perfect place for peace seekers, car is necessary, supermarket is not really within walking distance and Lagos is also not. Furthermore, the beach is beautiful, with two restaurants/with also snack bar /cafe. However, stairs walk down. There were beautiful flowers in the Airbnb when we arrived. Large fridge with freezer, no microwave or oven available. Elmar is a friendly host. Airbnb fine. Nice shower, beds ok, nice and cool.

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

Vanessa had thought of every detail for her guests and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. She recommended a perfect itinerary for us while we were here. Perfect location in the beautiful town of Luz. Beach is a short walk along with countless incredible restaurants. Also helpful that Supermercado Baptista is two blocks away. The condo is very clean and every amenity is included. While we didn’t take advantage to the spa, we did visit it and it looked very inviting. Views from the condo look down on the beach and cliffs in the distance. Absolutely perfect place for our family!!

Kasia has communicated great with you, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes by car to the center. Kitchen well equipped and the apartment clean.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. Everything was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. The deck was really nice to sit on and relax either in the morning or after a long day. It was located near a breathtaking beach. The grounds were lovely and quiet and the pool was beautiful. We found many great restaurants near by.

The apartment was super clean, spacious and very comfortable. The area where it is located is peaceful and peaceful, also great for parking the car. We really appreciated that the well-equipped terrace was there. We did not use the pool and tennis courts but the facilities were well maintained and at the guests' disposal. João always responded quickly and was kind and friendly... in short, everything was perfect!

Great location with pool and gorgeous beach, calling trails along the coast and a nice walk or short Uber downtown. Parking space is provided. Nice balcony with a bit of sea view. A restaurant called Mar is just on the way downtown and has amazing food and even better food… the best meals we had in Portugal by far.

Our stay at Paulo’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better—close to center but a bit outside and quiet, convenient, close to beach, restaurants, everything. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a very well-equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. Paulo was an amazing host, always responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process super easy and smooth. We felt very welcomed and relaxed during our visit.
