Monthly Rentals in Lagoudi Zia

We arrived late to find water Beer, wine and a plate of water melon upon our arrival. Perfect place, so quiet with a fabulous view from the terrace. The host Sofie is so nice and friendly will try and help wherever she can. The hot / cool tube is a welcome bonus. The place was sparkling clean. Our stay was just perfect and we would stay here again if we visit Kos in the future.

Dimitris is a wonderful host. Responsive always within an hour. He gave us great recommendations and met us on arrival. The village of Zia is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. It has lots of restaurants with great food choices, great shops and the sunset never disappoints. I’d definitely recommended Dimitris’s place for a relaxing retreat in Kos!

I spent 9 days with my family in early September. Niki's apartment is located in the most tranquil village on the island (no tourist): tranquility and silence are at the rendezvous. It was halfway between the largest city (Kos) and the airport. The view was breathtaking and true to the photos offered. I recommend housing 100%. Car required to get around the island...
