Monthly Rentals in Lak Sam

This was our first time visiting Thailand and we really enjoyed the stay at Nok's place. The room was really comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a beautiful canal, foot bridge and Buddhist temple behind the accommodation. Thank you!

Jake's place was a great stay for us. It has some age — especially the floor and walls — but everything was clean and well maintained. My husband and I stayed for a month, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. While the building shows its years, the things that really matter were all updated and worked great — the air conditioner, fan, microwave, induction cooktop, and bathroom were all in great condition. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away — short, but long enough to break a sweat!

It was great and the area is really local with the temples next to the house.

Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Near Mahidol University and was a great place for my family to stay while they visited me. Good communication from the host and would recommend this place.
