Casa Colibri is located in the floresta one of the most liked areas in Ajijic it is surrounded by trees and tropical flowers relaxed area, one block from main road, and 2 blocks from the new cultural art center in ajijic, in the area there is a bordwalk on the side of the lake. the house is newly remodeled ,all utilities are included , internet, purification water system , air conditioning, heating system, washer , dryer, dishwasher, wood fired chimney. Garden and house cleaning once a week .

Contemporary Mexican decoration. 3 spacious bedrooms with excellent lighting and black-out curtains for sleeping. Heated pool with dry table to the center and a small covered space.
