Cozy home near the heart of Livermore. Our home is walking or biking distance to downtown. If you are an avid walker, some of the vineyards are also walkable. We are close to amazing restaurants, bars, wine & tap rooms, local shopping, and around the corner from the bowling alley. There is also amazing street food vendors all over the neighborhood.

2 Queen bedrooms and 1 fold down futon and 1 single bed in family room, 1 bath, fully furnished with all amenities needed for a short term stay. Free washer dryer on site. Wheel chair ok. Includes country breakfast fixings( you cook) or continental breakfast for first morning breakfast. Located with our small family vineyard in the back of the property. Wineries and downtown Livermore 5 min by car 10 mins on our loaner bikes. many different farm animals on property for you to pet and get pics.

Don and Lori themselves were very thoughtful and supplied entertainment for the kids more than once (a wagon, some toys, clippings to feed the next door sheep etc.). The location was quiet. We had a great time and overall a wonderful stay - we would definitely book again!”
