All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. There is something wild about this place and yet so serene. This is where Zane Gray, Tony Hillerman, may have written one of their books in the unique southwest. Vincent Van Gough may have chosen to paint the starry night and the cliffs in 7 different shades here if he had lived in America. Sunrises & sunsets from every place - the balcony, living room, bedroom, and bathroom will take your breath away! (This is only upstairs with your own balcony. Casita is another unit downstairs for others).

We are minutes to Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle, and a short drive to Sedona, Page Springs Wineries, Cornville, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood. Prescott and Flagstaff are about an hour drive. The Studio is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring and as a respite for working and solo travelers.

Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.
