Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Päijänne

Beautiful, cozy well-equipped apartment, bathroom great too. Comfortable bed and fresh linens, as well as towels. It was wonderful to find coffee, tea, and other essentials in the kitchen.

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Incredible lakeside lodge just an hour's drive from Helsinki is a dream. Had a hire car and the place was easy to find — stunning views, top-notch facilities, and so peaceful. It tempted four slightly mad Brits to dive into the lake and hit the sauna — pure Finnish therapy! Markus is a fantastic host, offering not just a beautiful place to stay but also helped with local info.

We're staying with a group of seven. The space was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The sauna and jacuzzi embedded in the terrace were very nice and easy to use. Everything went smoothly with the host. I can recommend!

Lea is a lovely host - very welcoming, warm, friendly, accomodating, easygoing and flexible. I had no issues whatsoever with her or my stay in her house. The house and her property by the lake is just gorgeus, the view is so calming and beautiful to look at. She takes great care of her garden too. I found the house having a very peaceful energy to it, I felt very relaxed there. The only slight downside for me personally was the double bed itself in the bedroom I stayed in. The mattress felt as it had seen it's better days, didn't feel quite firm enough for me, but then again this might not be an issue to other guests at all. I personally happen to have certain back issues and a good bed is something that's very important to me (I had forgotten to ask about the bed prior to my trip). I spoke to Lea about it after my first night and she was just wonderful with the whole thing as with everything else - didn't get triggered or provoked at all. She offered one of the other rooms to me as the single beds are firmer and that I could pretty much choose freely what ever works for me best as I was the only guest in the house during my stay. I found her to be very easygoing and just lovely in every way. I had some very nice conversations with Lea as well and we shared some great laughs too. She was also very kind to me, for example when it rained hard upon my arrival and my only shoes had gone soaking wet, she offered to dry them in the sauna for the next day. Also on another day when it kept raining, she offered me her own rain coat and rain boots so that I wouldn't get wet as I was taking part in the music festival as a singer and getting sick would have been very unfortunate. She also allowed me to practise freely in the house. Brewing a cup of coffee in the morning and the use of basic condiments such as salt and pepper while cooking in the kitchen was also included in the price. I am very pleased with my stay at Lea's beautiful home. She was a superb, fun host and seemed like a wonderful humanbeing overall. I felt great in her house and have no complaints about her whatsoever.

The house is very pleasant to live in, spacious, and very bright. The surroundings are magnificent for walking, along the lake and in the forest.

Again, Great stay on a work trip; this seems to be my standard home on a work trip. The sauna and the opening crowned the experience.

A very suitable cottage for a few people in a beautiful quiet location by the lake, yet close to the services of Kouvola. There wasn't an oven in the kitchen, but thankfully this was what we did in advance from Google ratings so we knew how to change the menu accordingly. The firewood was quite big and the grill required the purchase of charcoal, but otherwise everything was found and worked. Very nice and helpful owners who helped quickly if needed :)

Absolutely delightful lakefront property. Clean and modern apartment with a lovely big balcony, which was lovely even in the fall. A big plus is also the gym downstairs of the building. Pertti was a very friendly host and everything went smoothly.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Piias place! The apartment is not only comfortably furnished, but also provides many cooking utensils and bathroom amenities. In addition, mine has a wide selection of various outdoor equipment, toys and gets tips for leisure activities in the area. In general, Piia was very nice, caring and helpful and always easily accessible. We would always come back.

A clean and cozy apartment with a great location in Lahti. A super comfortable bed and plus a parking spot. Communicating with Heidi was smooth, and the response was always quick. The happy one in the nearby Malski Bistro crowned our visit. Highly recommended!
