Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)
