We stay here every six months and love coming back. Steve is an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to be back!

This place had a super cozy feel! It was spotless and wonderfully decorated. It was a beautiful space and we enjoyed spending the weekend there.

One thing that I love about this location is that as soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is very cozy and there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas. This is a home that we would rent out again in the future!

My mom and I had a great time staying at Clare's place for the weekend! We were in town to go to a convention in nearby New Milford, which was a very easy, short drive away. The cabin is so cute and comfortable, and Clare even had muffins for us on arrival that she picked up from a local market! It also snowed our first morning there, which my mom was thrilled to see. Though I'm admittedly over winter at this point, the cabin really was beautiful in the snow! I also really appreciated how proactive Clare was in sending me directions and local recommendations well ahead of our stay. We had dinner at The Owl and Community Table, which were both great. My mom also picked up some antiques from Clare's rec - The Hidden Acorn. This area of Connecticut is so picturesque and we really enjoyed riding around daydreaming about the houses there. I hope to come back soon to spend more time outside when the weather is warmer and enjoy the cabin's porch. Thank you Clare!
