The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

It’s beautiful covered terrace has a superb view over the village, making this a favorite spot for those who like to sit, relax and watch the world go by. It is a private spot away from the hustle of busy Lakka. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
