Recently built (June 2019), this modern and comfortable cottage offers a breathtaking view of the hills of Basse-Terre. You can relax by the pool and enjoy a large flower garden. Our house includes 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6( parents and their 3 children (minor), 1 fourth if it is 1 infant or 3 adults maximum) A large dining room and mezzanine that includes 1 living room and two bedrooms Although located in the countryside it allows to reach the shopping center in or the commercial and industrial area of Jarry in 10 minutes the airport in 15 minutes, the main beaches between 15 and 45 minutes and the ends of the island in less than an hour.

Charming wooden bungalow, independent air-conditioned, located 15 minutes from the airport not far from the Destreland shopping center,in a quiet residential area. It consists of an air-conditioned main room, a bed with mosquito net, a bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped with fridge, microwave, hob+oven, dishes and a sunny terrace equipped with umbrella. La Kaz à Moïse is located in Nogent, a very quiet area ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. La Kaz is 500 meters from the sea, with natural beaches connected by 15 kilometers of shaded trails. You can walk to the mountain by crossing rivers, cane fields or Creole gardens. 100 meters from the Kaz, there is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, boutique, restaurants and even a fresh fish merchant.
