Our house is located on the tranquil outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, LEGOLAND Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Basement apartment (55 sqm)

Basement apartment with private entrance, more than 50 square meters, with a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom, Optionally, a folding crib (1-4 years) can also be set up. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

2-room apartment near to lake (200m) and train station in a relaxing location. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance as well as numerous restaurants. The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite its compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area, which allows for a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the spacious window areas.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
