Within walking distance of the romantic alleys and streets, all the sights of Landshut are within walking distance. A total of 3 sleeping options are available, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There is space for bicycles in the yard and the resident park pass does not let them run far to the apartment.

Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

Somehting different and special: Loft under the roof with Billard This flat is open and wide, has an old wooden floor and makes you feel comfortable easily. You can sit at a big table for eating or playing, use the big sofa for watching TV oder just chilling. There is everything you might look for from salt in the ktichen to shampoo in the bath. Free parking in front of the door. And for extra wishes: Just let me know, I will try to fulfill them.

The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.
