Lovely guest house (about 25 m2) with 150m to swimming/fishing lake. Walking distance (2 km) to the city and railway station which, among other things, takes you to Gothenburg in about 35 minutes. Here, two people live comfortably in a double bed (140) and if necessary, there is a sofa bed (120) if you prefer separate sleeping space. WI-FI is available and a TV with basic channels. There is also a Chromecast connected to the TV that is connected to the Wi-Fi if you want to use your own play services. Access to own parking in the driveway of the house.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Hällnäs guesthouse is a small newly built cozy cottage of 15 km2 with most of what you need. There is a bathroom, also room with dining table, 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are a 140 and 80. The washing machine and storage is located in the garage next door. The cottage has a large terrace overlooking the lake antenna. swimming jetty is 300 meters down. Behind is the forest with many nice trails. We have trampoline canoe, oak, bikes and a variety of other fun things if it would be interesting to borrow/rent

Welcome to a unique environment. Here you will have the opportunity to find tranquility, enjoy bird singing and forest scents. Brygghuset is located right on the edge of the forest, separated from traffic and visibility. 5 min away is the Sollebrunn community, which offers a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants and some other shops. 5 min away is Gräfsnäs Castle Park with historical origins and a nice restaurant and swimming lake. The cottage is connected to Retrovägen, which has a wide range of attractions.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. In the house which is located 20 min by car outside Alingsås there is space up to 7 guests. Fully equipped home with all the amenities for a lovely stay. With lake views and nature just around the corner you can easily relax and find the tranquility. Walk in the forest and or enjoy swimming, fishing in the lake. There are two nearby swimming areas only 1 and 2 km away. Or talk to the sheep that are in the meadow next to the house. Enjoy the outdoor areas or cozy indoors.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash.
