The garden has 3 terraces, lots of old rose varieties and then it has a cozy touch of "Wild on purpose". If😄 you stand outside in front of the house, you can see to Fyn and if you walk 600 meters down the road you will come to Dageløkke harbor and beach. Beautiful swimming opportunities and a summer-active harbor with tapas cafe and a wonderful sunset view. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

The guest house is located just 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, walking or on a horse.

Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: Here is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
