The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a conservatory and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

It is 3 km to Hestehuvud, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming bridge, mini golf, etc. The Dodekalite, Knuthenborg Safari Park and Femerntunnel construction is worth a visit.

On the back of the house, there is a small cozy courtyard, which is only accessible to the house guests. Free Wifi and great parking.

Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

The house used to be a bakery (in what is now the kitchen) and a sailmaker once did his magic on the first floor hundred years ago.
