Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. (AUTONOMOUS INPUT) Small independent tower, located within our property, at a place called “Ferme du Val Bruant” You can have lunch in our magnificent orchard where you will discover a breathtaking view of the Aujon Valley and visit the magnificent village of ARC EN BARROIS

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
