Chalet vacation rentals in Larimer County

They had a fire at the place we originally booked but they worked to accommodate us and our staywas great. We appreciated the kitchens and the closeness to the entrance of RMNP. We would stay with them again and would recommend them to others.

We loved our stay at the Chalet! This is the perfect place if you like to feel like you’re remote but still close to everything you need. A quick 5 minutes to grocery and downtown Estes Park, right up the road from the Stanley hotel, we loved the remote feel coupled by the conveniences nearby. Tiffany provided everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. We loved the decor and little touches. For all the nooks and crannies in this house, it was meticulously clean, and the beds were comfy. If you have kids, this is a great place with lots for them to do - even a surprise cubby for them to play in! Finally, the views are breathtaking!

Great location minutes from both Estes Park and RMNP. Had all the amenities we were looking for. This does sit very close to a busy road but it made for easy access and there wasn't much traffic at night when sleeping.

We enjoyed our time at #8. 4 of us had ample space with room to spare. Both bathrooms on the main floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. No AC but plenty of fans to move air to bring in cooler evening temps to the unit. Really convenient parking in front of the unit. The 4 person hot tub was just steps outside the front door and was super clean and a great to star gaze at night. Outdoor grill was clean and very handy for us not to cook inside. Kitchen is tight due to the large dining table in the space. Overall the space was nice and clean. Our only wish was that it was on the same side of Hwy 34 as the water - it's across the street. Great access however to the north entrance of RMNP where it's not nearly as busy as the south entrance on Hwy 36. Fall colors were tremendous as was the wildlife!

Faye was the BEST HOST EVER. What an incredibly lovely home and lovely host. Her cooking is to die for and she is light hearted, funny, and beyond accommodating. I would stay with her again in a heart beat. And her home is warming to the soul.

Our stay was great. Very close to RMNP so it is extremely convenient and only takes a few minutes to get to the park. Everything was very clean inside

This was my second time at this house and the group I brought this time was impressed with how beautiful, spacious, and comfortable it was. We had forgotten the bunk beds were bigger than twins (I think full sized?) which was a pleasant surprise. We had a lovely stay and communicating with Shawn and Heidi was easy.

This beautiful and spacious lake home has been thoughtfully updated and supplied. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of break-proof dish and glassware. The bedrooms upstairs are lovingly crafted for childhood adventurers, although they might be a little challenging for unrelated couples since they all, but one, share the same open area. Thankfully, our family enjoys each other's company, especially when first thing in the morning we could watch the lake together. Obviously, generations of kids and grandkids have been lovingly entertained in this space. The grounds are generous and lovely. We enjoyed cozying up to the fireplace while watching Canadian geese and several flocks of ducks land on the water to rest along what we assumed were their traditional migratory paths. In conclusion, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving retreat at the Lake Chalet with its spectacular view of Lake Loveland and the front range so much we had a hard time saying goodbye.
