Awesome place! Great location! Most well thought out Air BNB that I’ve been too! Great layout, kitchen well supplied. Super atmosphere!

Eric’s play was unique in the way of the hot tub being on the rooftop. The surrounding Mountain View’s was exquisite! My son and I loved that. We found it to be one of the most comfortable beds we’ve rested in, ever! Blackout shades throughout the into! Quiet and adorable newer housing development with neat architectural design. Quiet, well stocked kitchen, also did have some books & games to play. Parking was self explanatory and the water pressure in the shower was nice and firm. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided as well as extra towels and spa towels. You must try a slice of pizza from the downtown played named Slyced! What a fun place to visit and walking there is easy and we felt safe.

My wife & I really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Carriage house. Everything was top notch. Updated Kitchen and kitchen appliances. Updated shower including good water pressure. Even the stair way and the lockbox were updated. Coffee beans ready to be ground and brewed. The location was perfect - walking distance to both Old Town and CSU. The is separate from the main house - located atop a garage. Super quiet during the day and evening. Parking spot right outside the gate at the base of the stairs was super convenient. At 6 foot 4, I only bumped my head twice on a few of the angled ceilings. But all good and I would definitely stay here again!

Came for a well needed getaway. The Carriage House was a beautiful, relaxing spot. Will definitely come back! Chris and Donna were so kind. Very hospitable. They have many local recommendations for hiking, eating, and more.

Love this place, this is the second time I've stayed. I hope that every time I visit FoCo Khloe's place will be available.

Check-in was easy and flexible. The house is in a very nice area, walking distance to old town and close to CSU's campus. Michelle was extremely nice and attentive throughout our stay. Any questions or concerns we had received a quick response. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite the cool fall weather during our stay, the unit kept a comfortable temperature and the air/heating worked well. Would definitely stay again when I am back in the area.

Staying here was a real treat! The Studio was much roomier than I expected, and was well-stocked with everything I needed, especially the kitchen. I hate eating out and love to cook my own food, so I am always grateful to find everything I need, from knives to cutting boards, and everything in between. The TV had a wide variety of apps, and I was able to watch my own shows on Paramount and Prime. The internet was lightening fast and always reliable. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was perfect for walking to Old Town, nearby bike trails, and Colorado State University. The shower was fabulous and the water always hot! There is even a nice stacking washer and dryer, which came in handy for washing some clothes before my long road trip after my 10-day stay. Landin was always responsive, and helpful in answering my questions. He is the very definition of Super Host! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Fort Collins, and highly recommend it to others!

It was a lovely stay! We normally are in an apartment so the yard was a nice change, especially for our dog.

Loved the rustic decor and the private entrance. So far my favorite place to book in Ft. Collins.

This place is perfect for two people who don't mind cozy accommodations. We were visiting our son at CSU, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment other than to sleep. Everything about the place is as pictured. It is well appointed and has great light. The bed is super comfy and has great pillows (I am a bit of a pillow snob). Special touches include a few snacks, sparkling water and adult bevvies in the fridge. It is conveniently located on the North side of Old Town close to walking/biking trails along the Poudre river. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again in the future.

Can’t say enough about how well this little house was set up — beautifully decorated yet comfortable with all the amenities you need. The hosts thought of everything a guest might need or forget to pack. They are thoughtful communicators and very welcoming. Loved the sweet and neat yard. Location for us as CSU parents was awesome — we could walk to campus or to downtown. If I could give them 10 starts I would!!

Great area. Coffee shop right across the alley, only 1 hour from the Rocky mts, highly recommend Door 222 right in Loveland for somewhere to eat. The space its self is super cute and quiet. You’d never know you are sharing space with other people. Great host!

Fabulous! Great little quirky neighborhood. Close to everything. Instructions for locating and entering were very clear. The layout was great and even though there were very close neighbors, it was quiet and peaceful. Although I didn’t use it, the hot tub on the roof was definitely a nice perk. I did yoga on the roof in the morning and it was a soul-nurturing experience. The roof top amenities are shared, so the schedule provided in the guide was very helpful. It made it clear that you would have privacy while enjoying the rooftop. Overall a great stay for the price! Would absolutely book again.

We fully enjoyed our weekend stay over the Easter weekend while visiting our daughter at CSU. The space is clean, comfortable and well-appointed for every need. We loved the close proximity to the school and downtown yet still feeling private in a lovely surrounding. We would highly recommend and would love to return! Thanks Jenny!

My family has stayed in multiple Airbnb's over the last 4 years, including stays lasing multiple weeks. This is hands down, and by far, the nicest home we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this home for any stay near Saint Louis. It is not only a uniquely and well-built home, but also the most beautiful nature scene you can imagine. The home is private and off the road enough to feel like you are isolated. The home is very large and offers plenty to do without even leaving the property. We will stay here again for sure!

Abby and Kyle were responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay. We rented during graduation weekend, so all hotel and AirBnB rentals were more expensive than typical.

Troy was a terrific host. Highly recommend this wonderful space, especially if you like to walk and experience all the beautiful homes on Mountain/Oak.. Super short stroll to Old Town FOCO. Russell and Veronica were very easy to communicate with. They were accommodating to requests and questions we had. The barn is absolutely awesome with great details to decor and comfort. Quick drive to downtown Fort Collins, walkable to CSU campus. Check in and out were super easy. The barn is set back from the street so you had the feel of being rural without the noise of traffic. Our group loved our stay and we all plan to return the next time we have a group get together in Ft. Collins. Thank you Russell and Veronica!
