If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops within a 200-meter radius. 500 meters to the railway station and 800 meters to the bus station. However, a very quiet apartment with a park view. The apartment has been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work in the city center, so help is close by if needed. Free parking is nearby.

Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
