Vacation rentals with beach access in Larzac

Well located accommodation, a short walk to the sea. Transportation is close by and possibility to rent bikes in the area. Olivier is helpful and came to pick me up from the train station to the accommodation.

Great stay at Matthieu's place. The apartment facing the sea is very well equipped and comfortable to live in. Once the car is parked you can do anything on foot, the center of Palavas is at the end of the street. Matthieu is very considerate and responsive, it's very appreciated. ☺️

Wonderful apartment in a good location with quick and easy access to the sea. The parking is a short walk from the back entrance of the apartment, which is very convenient! The decor is neat and the kitchen is really very well equipped! It's pretty rare to find such nice dishes, for example! The only downside really is the noise from the front door of the residence which is close to the apartment since it is on the ground floor. If you are in room 2, expect to be woken up in the morning between 7:30 am and 8:30 am by the tenants who leave for work!

Great welcome with local wine bottle, small house 20m from the beach, clean, very comfortable master bedroom queen bed, very nice terrace.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Pleasant little house very functional and very close to the beaches and the city center. The hosting was very friendly and the people were very friendly. It is necessary to bring your own sheets and towels or take them once you arrive but this is specified in the description. We're so excited for this weekend.

The accommodation is very nice: clean, new, complete and new amenities, quiet area, 2 min walk from the sea, parking space on the enclosed lot and in front of the house. Welcome in person by the owner who gives all the necessary information. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Christine's place was as advertised with a nice surprise the rooftop! Well equipped accommodation, the bathroom in each room is a real plus! Christine was very accommodating for arrivals and departures and communication with her very fluid. We'll be sure to come back at the next opportunity. This place is a gem I recommend 200%!!

Very good stay at Le Grau-du-Roi at Julien's, the apartment is beautiful, functional, well-equipped, close to everything and enjoys a beautiful view. The sofa bed is very comfortable (even for 2 adults, we had left the rooms for the children). Parking space is convenient and extremely enjoyable.

Gabriel is a very welcoming, caring, caring host. Fresh drinks, ice cream, cookies, sweets: nice little touches that make you happy. Upon arrival, a good clean smell in the accommodation, but above all an incredible view face to face with the sea. Functional, well-equipped accommodation and comfortable bedding. The garage is a plus! It's just missing a small curtain on the bathroom window for privacy when you rent with friends :) A great memory of this rental, thank you!

This was our first AirBNB experience and our stay at Anaïs' was perfect! The accommodation is very cozy, it feels very nice. The amenities provided (sheets, towels, utensils, etc.) allow us to lighten our suitcases and it is very much appreciated. And the other amenities such as fans, coffee machine, washing machine, shower gels, etc. are so convenient! The location is perfect, right next to the beach, the building is quiet, the street too. Anaïs was available to us before, during and after our stay, it was perfect. It has everything you need next door. Montpellier is quite easily accessible and Carnon-Plage is a nice location.
