Completely renovated in 2020, our cottage is ideal for a family holiday (2 or 3 families). It is located on the second floor of a small 1925 building ideally situated in the dynamic district of Chatelain. Perfect for 4 people. You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
