The Cottage is located at Deviot, 30 minutes drive from Launceston, on 2½ acres of land overlooking the Tamar River giving guests spectacular views of the sun & moonrise.

Escape the city and relax to a different beat, simplified living in your own tiny caravan complete with swing chair to drift away in. Hearts Haven is a 2½ acre property overlooking the tranquil Tamar River in Deviot, Tasmania, where we provide tiny and mobile accommodation for short stay vacay. Shared cooking and bathroom facilities where you can cook a meal and shower under the stars compliment this rustic simple lifestyle.

Hearts Haven; Henry the bus, recycled rustic charm

Step inside Henry, our renovated and recycled 1978 ex Hino school bus, a little bit quirky and definitely original. Complete with a queen loft bed, built over the original drivers steering wheel (keys in the ignition, but bus going nowhere!), a basic kitchen (cold running water only), fold down sofa bed, lounge and outdoor relax area. An outside shared wash house, providing shower and WC and an extensive cook house compliment the simplistic, back to basics living in Henry at Hearts Haven.

A fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and free onsite secure parking - 1 available (additional bay on request). Located within walking distance to attractions, all bedrooms and the living area boast views to Mount Barrow. The apartment captures the morning sun for year round comfort. Guests have access to the onsite gym at no charge. At ground level is the popular Bluestone restaurant.
