Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants inLaurel from this cozy cottage. Our home was featured on HGTV’s HomeTown. While we live in the main house, we had Katie (contractor on show) remodel the two rooms behind us as guest rooms. We have added carvings to the landscape, a whole house generator, and a few places to sit and enjoy the outside. Our episode was called Woodland Wonderland, but better known as the Hobbit House. An intact example of Craftsman-era homes, Juniper Tree House is 100 years old with much of its original woodwork, glass, and details. View the Olmsted designed park from the front porch with its location in downtown, walk to locally-owned restaurants, stores, community theatre, and the renowned Lauren Rogers Museum.

Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths.
