Vacation rentals with a patio in Lavardac

Apartment full of history, great location in the shopping streets of Lectoure, while being perfectly quiet (a long corridor separates it from the street), parking nearby without problem. Very friendly welcome by Demelza who had prepared the apartment for our arrival and explained everything to us. Personally I loved the terrace (which overlooks the small garden below), the large living room, the beautiful decor, the furniture… all in a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time (too short)!

We had a nice stay at this renovated apartment/house, everything was very clean. Large pleasant terrace, comfortable beds, parking next to the house. quiet and friendly village. Thomas was always very responsive to messages and flexible. Small downside however, for the slightly black-out curtains in the 2 bedrooms upstairs

Perfect location for exploring the area. Apartment was great. Good location a three minute walk to the main amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was a bit hit and miss, but everything else was perfect.

Staying overnight is my second visit to Elena's place. Everything is perfect, the welcome, the room, as well as the hearty breakfast. I highly recommend and will be back a third time with pleasure

We had a great time last week in this beautiful house in Laparade: a beautiful, quiet and relaxing stone house with lots of charm, spacious rooms, modern and very functional kitchen with all the utensils, carefully made beds, bath towels and swimming pool available, a beautiful terrace with swimming pool and beautiful view. Paula and her husband, in addition to having prepared our welcome very well, were extremely kind and responsive during our stay. Laparade is a pretty and quiet village overlooking the landscape. River swimming possible 5 km away. Beautiful surrounding countryside. We were delighted. I hope to return someday.

we booked this place to celebrate our friends' surprise 2 years of wedding and the host was great. The instructions for the keys were perfect, the house and apartment are super well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Dominique is a very friendly and welcoming host. She picked us up with her husband from the station by car. My colleague and I had come on an exam jury for 1 week and stayed at Dominique's. We are delighted with the welcome , the attentions, the accommodation. This is a quietly renovated little home with a patio . Breakfast was available. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a great holiday as a couple. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks and a nice introductory babble. We got lots of tips on fun sights and pleasant day and night markets. The accommodation was equipped with everything needed. The wide choice of terraces, the steam oven and the heated swimming pool are great assets. Furthermore, there was smooth communication with the owners and were always ready for us where needed. In short, we had a great, relaxing and restful holiday!

Comfortable and convenient accommodation, close to the horse pole in a quiet residence. Hygiene is nevertheless to be reviewed, the presence of dirt and hair and there was a strong stale smell.

Apartment faithful to the description, do not provide large groceries for your arrival , the apartment has a mini fridge, but there are several supermarkets nearby. The location of this one is quiet with views of the golf course and pleasant atmosphere at the swimming pool ( unheated) .

Very nice accommodation in a peaceful residence. Nice pool. Nérac is a very friendly city.

We spent 3 months in this home and Pierre-Alexandre was a lovely host. He responds quickly to questions and is accommodating. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. It is located in a very quiet residence by the Canal d 'Agen, ideal for strolling and taking out your dog. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend on Agen in good conditions:)
