Nice studio close to the train station! Accommodation suitable for 1 or 2 people. Ideally located on the ground floor of a detached house, this accommodation is completely independent and offers the necessary comfort to guests. A courtyard and a private parking space offer calm and avoid worrying about parking, which is increasingly problematic in Aurillac! Everything is within a 5-minute walk: bakery, bars, restaurants, pharmacy...possible to stay without a car!
