Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lawrence

Beautiful home! Well kept and everything you could have needed! Loved the layout and all the rooms! Super easy to communicate with and very flexible on schedule. 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Ellie and Stephen's place with two families consisting of 3 young kids! It is perfect for kids and the backyard is perfect for adults hanging out after bedtime! Would absolutely recommend this place!

We love our stay with Zachary. He was proactive and commutative. The place is spacious for the 9 of us, and we had everything we needed. Great stay!!

Came in town with my kids for a Chiefs game. We enjoyed our stay and the area. House was great, exactly what we needed. Casy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I would say that the pictures don’t do the house justice: it was very beautiful with split level floors and plenty of space. It was a perfect size for our group of 5 women. The home was clean, well organized and stocked, and everything was in place. The outdoor areas were nicely set up and would be great for warmer months! Tim was an amazing host: he took a chance on our group when we didn’t have any experience, and was always responsive when we had questions. The only complaint that we had was that the two beds in the uppermost room were very stiff compared to the other rooms, but they weren’t horrible. This was an amazing first experience with air bnb and we all agree that we would stay here again.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb. We had 4 families meeting after traveling from every direction. The size and amenities were a good fit for our family. We enjoyed the high-end kitchen appliances and equipment. The free-standing commercial ice maker was amazing. The huge table had seating and elbow room for all of us and was used for meals, meaningful conversations and games. The laundry room had premium appliances. The new outdoor sport court offered something for every age. Doug treated us very fairly when a child stained her bedding, ruining it. We had a great time and this home exceeded our expectations.

Our trip was for a small surprise party/family reunion. The house was spacious with an open floor plan, which was great for the 10-12 people we had. It allowed us the space to be all together in one room. Also enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably. Hot tub was nice as well as the backyard setting, wish it was warmer to use the pool. Only downside as mentioned before were the 2.5 baths for so many people. We made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Home was very cozy feeling, friendly neighborhood - didn't feel threatened at all. House was exactly what was described in the Airbnb app. Kristen was very responsive to any message we sent her.
