House vacation rentals in Lawrence

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

Great place to stay! Convenient to Kansas City and Lawrence.

We enjoyed staying at Scott’s families house. It felt like home. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys that were there. Scott set up air mattresses as we lay out request.

Great house with tons of room. Well stocked and unmatched property/yard. We had a fantastic visit and would love to come again!

Beautiful home in excellent location for multi family get together for a wedding. Everything was as described with no “surprises”. Unfortunately out of season for pool use but hot tub, sauna and theater room made up for that. Highly recommend for large family.

My wife and I went to KU and now we have children that go there. We travel to Lawrence quite a bit for family weekends and games. I have typically booked local hotels, but have gotten tired of the price gouging that takes place on these weekends, so we have started staying at Airbnb properties. I can easily say that none have been better than this one. A totally unique home, great proximity to campus, and amazing hosts. Everything was as described and communication was seamless. You can't go wrong with this place. Our experience was perfect.

Cozy place. Everything you would need for accommodating a large group.Beds are comfortable and the linens smelled so good.

Mallory’s place was comfortable, clean and homey. It was a perfect for a getaway with family in a charming small town!

The carriage house was exactly as described in the listing! You can tell alot of hard work and thought went into making sure guests had a seamless and stress free time. Will definitely be the first place we look to when we need to book near KC and Lawrence, Ks.

Paula’s place was perfect for my family. Water pressure, cleanliness, amenities, space, location, condiments, etc. The hot chocolate bar was an especially nice touch my family loved! Would highly recommend!

This is our 3rd year coming to KU. The house was only a 17 minute drive to Lawrence. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, LOVED reconnecting with Pac-Man. And some north the other games. Bedding was super clean and comfy beds. Clean, clean, clean. We enjoyed our stay!!!

First of all I have never seen a more well stocked house. Communication with J was great. The beds were so cozy. The sheets were wonderful. We would highly recommend J's place!!

Fantastic location near KU campus. The off street parking was super handy. Comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here visiting for dad’s weekend (15 min drive to KU/Mass St. and close to Clinton State Park if you like mountain biking). Beth’s place was comfortable, spacious and away from the hustle and bustle. Sleeping arrangements were great for the 4 of us and we didn’t even use the bedroom with 3 beds. Beds were comfy and house well-appointed. We appreciated the frozen pizza, pringles and popcorn and loved that there was a Keurig combo carafe style/pod machine. For a coffee snob like me, I brought my own coffee. While the guys went to the KU game on Sat., I hiked a couple laps on the property trail in the snow then spent a couple hours strolling thru the shops & galleries on Mass St. at my own pace! Thank you, Beth, for a wonderful stay and for being a responsive and gracious host.

Renee and Francis's place was perfect - cute, tidy, and within easy walking distance of Mass St. From snacks and tea to extra pillows and blankets, the house had everything we needed. Both hosts were super -- responsive and friendly. A great stay. Highly recommend!

this is a beautiful home in a perfect location our family felt right at home ! we spend a week in Lawrence and it was a perfect stay. i highly recommend to anyone who want to be close to downtown.

We enjoyed the little house and privacy. It worked well to have 2 toddlers sleep on the couch and chaise. The mattresses were firmer than we liked, but the linens were excellent. We would stay in The Kaw again!

Kim’s home was really comfortable with 3 BD and 2 BA. It was conveniently located walking distance to Mass Avenue. Kim was easy to reach if needed.
