Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

Newly built lgh with private floor of about 80 m2 in our villa located close to the sea with walking distance to nice child-friendly beach on Grimsholmen, 8 km of island of Falkenberg with miles of views of the sea, beach and meadows. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.

Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
