Quinta Vila Rachel - Winery - Flora House

Quinta Vila Rachel is located in the Natural Park of Vale do Tua, in the heart of the Douro Region, with an activity focused on wine tourism and the production of natural and organic wines. Our Farm offers its guests an organic pool where they can relax enjoying the unique landscapes of the Tua Valley. The Farm also have wine tasting activities, where the latest harvests can be tasted, as well as visits to the cellar and vineyards, where the organic and sustainable production is practiced.*

House located in the heart of the Alto Douro Wine Region, a World Heritage Site, located just 5 km from the city center of Peso da Régua. Composed of 3 suites (of which 2 have access to the living room from the outside), 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, an extensive balcony overlooking the Douro River to drink a good glass of wine and relax at the end of the day. To enjoy and socialize with friends/family, you can enjoy the pool with a wonderful view of the much appreciated Douro River.

The house is located on a farm with vineyards, fruit trees, aromatic herbs and a vegetable garden. On the farm, there is an infinity pool and a tree house that delights children. Nearby is the House of Eça de Queiroz, the Paths of Jacinto, the Arêgos Thermal Baths and the Douro River.

Casa do Povo is part of a group of houses inserted in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, located in Barqueiros, in the Douro Demarcated Region. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. In the farm,we have free horses and ponies,in a space on the farm with an electric fence, properly signposted, which do not interfere with the guests' dynamics but add their positive energy to the stay.
