Vacation rentals with beach access in Lazio

El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Me quedado en este maravilloso alojamiento por 3 noches . Está frente a la playa lo cual hace que este alojamiento sea aún mejor , no está muy lejos de roma , así que puedes quedarte aquí disfrutar de la playa y el sol y también ir y visitar la ciudad de roma . El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado además y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es totalmente maravilloso, es muy amable y siempre está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, ya sea café , toallas limpias , aperitivos o cualquier otra cosa . Me sentí muy segura y cómodo en este alojamiento, realmente me sentí en casa , así que definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje 😊☺️☺️

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft-für uns perfekt. 50m zum Strand, direkt gegenüber eine Feinkostgeschäft und viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Dachterrasse ist super und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Mit der Bahn ist man für 1,50€ in ca. 40 min in Rom, besser geht es nicht. Salvatore ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen gute Tipps und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt bei ihm, und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Aufgrund eines nationalen Streiks konnte ich kaum von dem Flughafen anreisen, Vito war sehr entgegenkommend und hat lange Zeit auf mich gewartet und mich schließlich auch von dem Bahnhof in Ostia abgeholt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Das Haus und Garten sind ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für Ferien am Strand bedarf. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit schönem und sauberem Strand. Die Kinder haben auch die Hängematte und die Liegen beim Haus genutzt. Gemütliches Essen auf der Veranda und die Grillstelle waren weitere Highlights. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

emplacement idéal, plage, on traverse la rue, restau, magasins accessibles à pied. rome prendre bus 1 ou 5 jusque Gare, ensuite train(environ 1h au total, 1€5 a 3€ selon timing). Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

Muna is the most exquisite and kind host on Airbnb. She is connected to the town and introduced me to local storekeepers (it's off-season so might not be possible when tourists are in town). Muna is so friendly and generous. I can't wait to return. Couple notes- it's November and the sunsets are amazing! Apartment faces northwest so no direct sun in winter but the patio gets great sun mid day through sunset. The tortoises will steal your heart. Perfect location with access to beach, cafe and only a few flights up to the centro antico. Week in Sperlonga Is heaven!!!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The location is perfect. right on the beach and directly across from a fantastic restaurant. a local grocery store is only a Km walk down the road and they have everything you could need. The Airbnb is actually set up for travelers. it's not just someone renting out a place to make money. they take the time to make sure you are set up to have a fantastic experience. my children walked in hungry from our 8 hour flight, to several snacks with bread, butter and jam. I cannot recommend this enough. We plan on staying here every time we fly into Rome and it is available.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Christian is a wonderful host and the apartment was as pictured! We had rental car since we had been driving around Italy and he was kind enough to help us with a parking spot. We only stayed one night but it was just what we needed.

Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden und haben uns in Manuels Wohnung direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist eine große, helle Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Meer. Vielen Dank für die immer freundliche Kommunikation Manuel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I believe communication is a big key when choosing where to stay.  Federica is excellent and very quick to respond making her a great host.  She lovingly cares for her flat which is very clean and well equipped.  Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the location.  Several restaurants are nearby and being so close to the local market made for fun sightseeing.  Staying local at Casa Dharma before a cruise is a great option.

Andrea personally met me when I was…hours early. Good dude.

A fantastic stay, right on the beach and walking distance from both Nettuno and Anzio. We went for a swim in the sea each morning and sampled some very good local bars and restaurants in evening/afternoon, which are in abundance. The host was very responsive, kind and helpful. If I was to ever in the region again, I’d definitely look to stay at this air bnb.

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Bel condominio pulito ben curato con piscina privata e il mare pochi passi l'appartamento è molto carino con tutti i confort tra cui l aria condizionata preziosissima...bello il terrazzino con tente ideale per pranzo e cena.. Consigliatissimo.
