Really charming villa, immersed in the greenery of a hill above Gaeta, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. An ideal place for those looking for silence and peace of nature just 7 minutes from the village and beautiful beaches. The last stretch of road is quite challenging and requires a safe and loose guide but, once you arrive, everything invites you to stay: the warm and personal decor, the large bright doors and windows (equipped with providential mosquito nets) and the terrace overlooking the view, as well as the beautiful garden. The house does not have wifi and mobile coverage is limited to some areas. From the kitchen, a rather steep staircase is used to climb to the upper floor (which can be circumvented from the outside). Very warm welcome from a friend of the owner, who provided us with total availability, valuable advice and support during the stay, as well as a welcome gift. We had a great time, thank you Iole and Robertangelo!

The accommodation is really nice, clean and cared for in every detail. Roberta was clear and kind on every occasion, really unbeatable. Highly recommended!

The house and the entire complex were beautiful. The furnishings were of very high quality, the beds were excellent. Since we unfortunately had a lot of bad luck with the weather, we/our children were very happy about the hot tub. Especially suitable for guests with dogs. The contact with Daniela was great and her father was also very helpful and very likeable. Thanks for everything

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The place is great for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything it needs for a nice vacation including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended very good restaurants and excursion destinations. We had wonderful and relaxing days in the little cottage. Our dog also felt comfortable and could move freely on the fenced area. The family lives at the property. However, you will not be disturbed and privacy is given. The hosts are very friendly and you feel right at home. However, you have to be aware that the cottage is very remote and you should plan some time before reaching restaurants, groceries, etc. But this did not bother us. :-)

We spent a couple of nights at this beautiful, romantic property that has been lovingly and sensitively restored and renovated. The view of the mountains from the bedroom was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace in the bedroom. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful experience.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

It's just the kind of place we were looking for. Surrounded by nature, quiet and comfortable. Excellent management of the landlord Efisio, always available and discreet motorcycle. We had a very good time. Among other things, the Roveto Valley, is full of villages to visit and trails to follow. To get an idea of the places in the area you can watch the videos of some of the places we have visited and that are published on the social pages of "Explore freely". We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.

This is a most charming home in a very special, very ancient village. The home and village are in pristine, restored condition. Fabio is very knowledgeable and responsive. His excellent recommendations included wonderful local restaurants and a thermal spa center with amazing facilities and staff. This unique, well furnished - supplied home is a great value for guests that are in excellent physical condition to navigate stairs and charming walking paths.

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

We had a good time, a true oasis of tranquility thanks to which we detoxed from the chaos of our great city; my three nanerbits had plenty of space to safely explore the surrounding terrain. Cristiano is a very kind and caring host, always available and attentive to every customer's need: BRAVO!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both inside and in the outdoor spaces you can feel total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we especially appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our son of almost 3 years old, finding an environment where you can really relax is not obvious, and we were able to do it fully here. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.

Beautiful place , extremely well looked after Paola and family offer exceptional value would not hesitate to return and recommend ….. Easy access on foot 🏃‍♂️ or bicycle 🚴 from Scafa 30 minutes via the old road beats the auto strada any days 😊

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

The Viterbo countryside, olive trees, silence, peace, a large comfortable house (with a pleasant and useful fireplace), a large living room with sofas and armchairs, a spacious kitchen and equipped with all the imaginable dishes and pots (as well as a precious dishwasher!) have characterized our fulfilling stay. Given the winter season we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space and the garden 100%, even this very well cared for. Gaia was always available and attentive in organizational communications and made us find a very pleasant snack of bread, salamis and wine as a welcome. Very satisfied!

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

Gianpiero was a wonderful host. He met us at the home and showed us around making sure that we knew where everything was and how to use everything (even providing us with a bunch of wonderful snacks, milk and juice, olive oil that his family produced AND a cake!). His smile is infectious. He was sure to tell us about his home town and lovely sights to see. Not a critique, but some expectation management- I think this home is ideal for warmer months but room heaters and a space heater were provided to improve our comfort. Also when we lost power and could not figure it out, Gianperio was at the house within 15 mins to solve the problem. He is a wonderful communicator, thoughtful, courteous, timely and I truly enjoyed interacting with him! He even brought his mom on checkout day and I wanted to hug her as she interacted with my daughter- she reminded me of my mom!
