Villetta davvero incantevole, immersa nel verde di un colle sopra Gaeta, con vedute mozzafiato sul mare ed i monti circostanti. Luogo ideale per chi cerca il silenzio e la pace della natura a soli 7 minuti dal paese e da bellissime spiagge. L'ultimo tratto di strada è piuttosto impegnativo e richiede una guida sicura e sciolta ma, una volta arrivati, tutto invita a restare: l'arredamento caldo e personale, le ampie porte e finestre luminose (dotate di provvidenziali zanzariere) e il terrazzo affacciati sul panorama, nonché il bel giardino. La casa non dispone di wifi e la copertura cellulare è limitata ad alcune zone. Dalla cucina si utilizza una scala piuttosto ripida per salire al piano superiore (eventualmente aggirabile dall'esterno). Accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di un'amica del proprietario, che ci ha fornito totale disponibilità, preziosi consigli e supporto durante il soggiorno, nonché un gradito omaggio di benvenuto. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie Iole e Robertangelo!

L’alloggio é veramente carino, pulito e curato in ogni particolare. Roberta é stata chiara e gentile in ogni occasione, davvero inappuntabile. Super consigliato!

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig, die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Da wir leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir/ unsere Kinder sich sehr über den Whirpool gefreut. Gerade für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Daniela war super und auch ihr Vater sehr hilfreich und sehr sympathisch. Danke für alles

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.

Gianluca war ein sehr fürsorglicher Host. Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation einfach, unkompliziert und schnell - in sehr gutem Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für jeden der Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht inklusive großem Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Gianluca hat uns sehr gute Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Vor allem auch viele Insidertipps, d.h. keine Touristenhochburgen sondern lokale in denen Einheimische essen. Wir hatten wunderschöne und entspannte Tage in dem kleinen Häuschen. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt und konnte sich auf dem umzäunten Gelände frei bewegen. Die Familie wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück. Man wird aber nicht gestört und Privatsphäre ist gegeben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es muss einem jedoch bewusst sein, dass das Häuschen sehr abgelegen liegt und man etwas Zeit einplanen sollte, bevor man Restaurants, Lebensmittel etc. erreicht. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört. :-)

We spent a couple of nights at this beautiful, romantic property that has been lovingly and sensitively restored and renovated. The view of the mountains from the bedroom was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace in the bedroom. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful experience.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

È proprio il tipo di alloggio che stavamo cercando. Immerso nella natura, silenzioso e confortevole. Ottima la gestione del padrone di casa Efisio, sempre disponibile e moto discreto. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tra l'altro la zona, la Valle Roveto, è ricca di borghi da visitare e sentieri da percorrere. Per avere un'idea dei posti che si trovano in zona è possibile visionare i video di alcune delle località che abbiamo visitato e che sono pubblicati nelle pagine social di "Esplorendo in libertà". Un caloroso saluto alla Valle Roveto e ad Efisio!!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo tranquillo e sperduto. Amo i posti cosí e non é facile trovarli. Una casina isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile con spazi adeguati e servizi piacevoli, dagli spazi interni, al camino in cucina, bagno grande e stanze comode, la lavatrice ed il barbecue, a disposizione anche legna e barbecue per gli arrosticini. Consigliatissimo. Personalmente ci torneró anche in primavera/estate.

This is a most charming home in a very special, very ancient village. The home and village are in pristine, restored condition. Fabio is very knowledgeable and responsive. His excellent recommendations included wonderful local restaurants and a thermal spa center with amazing facilities and staff. This unique, well furnished - supplied home is a great value for guests that are in excellent physical condition to navigate stairs and charming walking paths.

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

Siamo state bene, una vera oasi di tranquillità grazie alla quale ci siamo disintossicate dal caos della nostra grande città; le mie tre nanerottole hanno avuto tantissimo spazio per esplorare in sicurezza il terreno circostante. Cristiano è un host gentilissimo e premuroso, sempre disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente: BRAVO!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana meraviglioso in questo appartamento. La tranquillità e la privacy del luogo sono impagabili, sia all'interno che negli spazi esterni si respira una totale serenità. L'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il letto, incredibilmente comodo! Viaggiando con nostro figlio di quasi 3 anni, trovare un ambiente dove potersi davvero rilassare non è scontato, e qui ci siamo riusciti pienamente. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un rifugio di pace e comfort.

Biancofino è un’oasi, non solo per la pace di cui si gode ma per la cura dell’accoglienza di cui si gode: non c’è nulla, NULLA, di cui si possa avere bisogno cui Paola -ospite eccezionale- non abbia pensato e pensato con gusto e stile piuttosto rari nelle strutture destinate all’affitto. La casa è pulitissima e curata, e le colazioni sotto il gazebo esterno e davanti allo scenario delle montagne abruzzesi rimarrà a lungo nei miei ricordi. Spero davvero di tornare presto!!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

La campagna viterbese, gli ulivi, il silenzio, la pace, una grande casa confortevole (con un piacevole e utile termocamino), un ampio soggiorno con divani e poltrone, una cucina spaziosa e fornita di tutte le stoviglie e pentole immaginabili (oltre che di una preziosa lavastoviglie!) hanno caratterizzato il ns appagante soggiorno. Data la stagione invernale non abbiamo potuto goderci lo spazio esterno e il giardino al 100%, anche questo molto curato. Gaia è sempre stata disponibile e attenta nelle comunicazioni organizzative e ci ha fatto trovare un graditissimo spuntino di pane, salamini e vino come benvenuto. Molto soddisfatti!

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

Gianpiero was a wonderful host. He met us at the home and showed us around making sure that we knew where everything was and how to use everything (even providing us with a bunch of wonderful snacks, milk and juice, olive oil that his family produced AND a cake!). His smile is infectious. He was sure to tell us about his home town and lovely sights to see. Not a critique, but some expectation management- I think this home is ideal for warmer months but room heaters and a space heater were provided to improve our comfort. Also when we lost power and could not figure it out, Gianperio was at the house within 15 mins to solve the problem. He is a wonderful communicator, thoughtful, courteous, timely and I truly enjoyed interacting with him! He even brought his mom on checkout day and I wanted to hug her as she interacted with my daughter- she reminded me of my mom!
