The place was clean, quiet, cool, modern and well equipped, fully accommodating. We loved it🥰. Please observe quiet hours after twenty-two. You need to pay attention to the volume of the TV, and probably walking around the apartment, can be heard to the ground floor. A relaxed agreement with the owner, always responsive, helpful, and responsive.😊 The location is luxurious. A five-minute walk to the Upper Square, 15 minutes to the Exhibition Center... Everything you need within easy reach. Parking is free on the streets near the house, and despite the occupancy of the city, thanks to Flora Olomouc, we found a place close to the accommodation. Smaller places to stay, but perfectly fine for a shorter stay. We didn't get the weather, but the place has a patio and a grill, which is great.

Margaret is a nice and friendly host! The house is very cool, looks just like the pictures. The scenery and the surroundings are breathtaking! Everything was clean and tidy. There was also extra wood for the fireplace, which was nice. I also really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. Breathtaking scenery and surroundings, even friendly wildlife around the house. Roudno is very small and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a nice and cozy getaway from everyday's stress and clutter. Thank you for the stay!

Quiet, peaceful, comfy and outstanding view from the terrace ! Communication was easy and the chalet is easy to find. The spa is also quite a nice addition. Beware : in winter you can not park in front of the house (road was not maintained) but a few hundreds metter away. The house is very well heated even in winter so don't be afraid of the cold. Only the mattress could have been a bit better but all in all it is a very good value for the price !

Beautiful huge apartment two minutes from the square. The house is in the very center of Brno, it is close, the station is about 10 minutes by dog. The apartment was spacious, clean, clean and welcoming. We just recommend fixing the toilet vents; they're terribly noisy.

The accomodation was very nice! Sadly, we were only there for two nights, but we immediately felt like home. The rooms were clean and you had basically everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. The host was also very kind and quick to respond. The check in and check out went perfectly and he even let us stay a little longer after the original check out time. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!
