Large and beautiful apartment perfectly maintained, with a charming terrace and good location with beaches within walking distance and buses at the bottom of the residence to reach the city center. We really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed Esther's warm welcome and flexible departure and arrival times, it's very valuable! We would definitely be happy to go back. 🐚🐚

We had a great time at this lovely place with beautiful views of the Port and the sea. We had the pleasant surprise to discover that it is located on a peninsula, which adds a lot of charm to this rental. Our host was very responsive, available and extremely welcoming. We recommend this apartment for a weekend or the vacations for two.

Communication with Katia was very good. She was always available, gave us lots of tips, information and suggestions for excursions. An all-around great host. The house of Katia and her family is also perfect. We immediately felt at home and you can tell directly how much love they have put into their home. We stayed with four adults and four children, had a very relaxed stay and really recovered. The pool was the highlight for the little ones, but also for us adults it was a welcome cooling off on the hot days. I'm sure we'll be back 🙂

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

We had a great weekend with friends at Guillaume's house. Guillaume's communication, hospitality and responsiveness are exemplary! He even provided us with a complete guide describing how the house's amenities work and with several activity recommendations in the area. The house was great and had all the amenities described in the listing (hot tub, pool, cinema,...). The outside is a real plus to make the most of the beautiful weather in the area. Anyway, I recommend it in every way!

Beautiful very well-equipped accommodation with a great location next to all amenities, bars, restaurants, harbor, beaches, post office, banks, etc. The private location for parking is a real plus.
