CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright 17th-century house, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Il Covo di Venere is a convenient located property in Portovenere . Private parking free. Reaching Venus' cove is very easy . Guests would first park the car in the private carpark just in front of the building. Venus's Cove is made of a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite whithout shower , a double bedroom which shares, a second bathroom whit shower near the livivng room , the fully equipped open kitcken which allows cooks to challenge themeselves with new recipes while admiring the sea .

Our fully remodeled Sea View Terrace apartment has a lovely private terrace that wraps around the apartment providing incredible views of the Portovenere beaches, the Gulf of Poets, Palmaria island and the Ligurian coastline. There is also a private staircase down to the beach. Just about a 15 min walk to the restaurants and waterfront promenade.

The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A few meters from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and dinghy rental. The apartment is equipped with complete linens. The kitchen is equipped for your needs: oil, salt, coffee, tea, herbal teas, detergents.

In the picturesque village of Le Grazie, 3 km from Portovenere, a historic 4-room apartment on two floors, perfectly furnished, located in the premises of the ancient Convent of the Olivetan friars. Tilly is located in the village of Le Grazie, near the beautiful Cinque Terre, the romantic Portovenere and the wonderful Palmaria Island. On the 4th and top floor with elevator of a building without architectural barriers, recently renovated.
