Une chambre privée en sous sol, fraiche en été. Chambre un peu rétro avec bibliothèque pour nos amis lecteurs mais grâce au Wifi vous pourrez aussi utiliser votre tablette. Douche, lavabo et Kitchenette (four micro onde, frigo, cafetière, bouilloire). Studio situé entre la Rochelle et le Puy du Fou.

You can also enjoy the heated pool (April to end of September) and take care of yourself with our additional services (Massages). The stop can also be gourmet with our boards and meals to order.

The Gîte de la Roche welcomes you in an environment surrounded by nature. The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers a view of the river and the bridge: important, there is no protection along the river bordering the land. Possibility of fishing for those who wish, provide a fishing license and your equipment. Ideal location if you are looking for peace and nature, close to the Poitevin marsh and various amusement parks, zoos...

32 m2 studio with sleeping area (140 cm bed), kitchen area (oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge...) and shower room with toilet. The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a private house with independent entrance through the garage of the house, and independent stairs. Quiet environment, overlooking garden and park. Central location, nearby businesses, close to all amenities. Free street parking. No pets allowed.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Shared garden. Animals kept on a leash and tolerant of the presence of our cats. Close to the town of Fontenay-le-Compte. Note: small staircase for access so not suitable for people with disabilities.
