Gîte in Ardèche

This unique place has a style all its own. Cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom and a private terrace with barbecue. Your hosts leave, at your disposal, a private, free and secure parking for motorcycles and cars. This gite is ideally located: 35 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 20 minutes from Cruas and 10 minutes from Montélimar.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This cottage has entirely dedicated to you in peaceful nature, close to amenities less than 10 min away and close to the MAJOR SITES D'ARDECHE (Aiguebelle Abbey site, Pont d 'Arc Cave, Caves, Pont d' Arc...) around 40 min. Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. ample parking is available. There are works before the cottage, but the cottage is well after this work, a road dedicated to us.

Have a pleasant stay in this peaceful and central studio equipped for the maximum comfort of 2 people. Great for a couples getaway or a solo trip! Completely refurbished, it has all the necessary amenities. Public parking is available within 20 meters of the apartment! All amenities are within walking distance: laundromat, cash withdrawal, bakery, convenience store as well as bar and restaurant. Linens are provided, all you have to do is relax!

Rental fully equipped apartment in a quiet refurbished, ideally located in the heart of Teil, close to all amenities and shops. It is a 15 minute drive from CNP de Cruas-Meysse, 10 minutes from Gare de Montélimar and 45 minutes from Vallon Pont d 'Arc. The Teil train station is a 3-minute walk away. the bed can be arranged as two separate single beds or 1 double bed depending on the request.
