Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

With 9 hectares of unspoiled land, this renovated former farmhouse "La Source Ardèche" is a real natural paradise, surrounded by vines (organic culture), far from the hustle and bustle of the modern world... no TV (but Wifi available), no noise, just peace and tranquility to make the most of your vacation. Yet we are surprisingly easy to access, only 15-20 minutes from the highway exits of Montélimar north or south, and the attractive sites of Ardèche and Drome.

Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)
