It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom and a private terrace with barbecue. Your hosts leave, at your disposal, a private, free and secure parking for motorcycles and cars. This gite is ideally located: 35 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 20 minutes from Cruas and 10 minutes from Montélimar.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This cottage has entirely dedicated to you in peaceful nature, close to amenities less than 10 min away and close to the MAJOR SITES D'ARDECHE (Aiguebelle Abbey site, Pont d 'Arc Cave, Caves, Pont d' Arc...) around 40 min. Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. ample parking is available. There are works before the cottage, but the cottage is well after this work, a road dedicated to us.
